Renovation of a vacant 3-story factory building…

To accommodate the necessary static controls and client requests, an additional level was constructed to the previous industrial structure. It was converted into an office building with four floors and 4,500 square meters.

The primary design goals were to provide modern solutions appropriate for the building’s new role while placing a high priority on maintaining the structural integrity and original façade openings.

Care has been taken during the project to preserve the building’s original architectural style while making improvements.
