For the growing office needs, the existing building, which has completed its lifespan, was demolished and a building with a total construction area of 3,575 square meters was designed adjoining to the existing workshop mass with a plan that would increase the efficiency of the land.
The circulation between the new building and the existing workshop building was solved with a glass mass. Access to the service units planned on two floors within the workshop was provided by bridges within the glass mass.

The main entrance of the building was directed to the glass block from the central axis of the square, which was revitalized with landscape elements, while the staff and service entrances were thought to be provided from the glass block connecting the workshop and the new building.

The program of the building includes open office areas, executive offices, laboratory units, and a place where the company’s R&D studies will be exhibited in the entrance section. Multi-purpose halls with direct access were designed for farmers and staff to be involved in R&D activities. The executive offices are located on the last floor, allowing the use of a terrace.
