The rectangular planned land has a narrow front facing the road.
Housing solutions of 1 3+1 and 2 2+1 have been built on this long and narrow land to meet the various needs of the family members.

The aim was to create a sense of spaciousness and enjoyment in the apartment halls and entrances, typically perceived as unimportant in apartment buildings. Furthermore, in a region with a hot climate requiring continuous artificial cooling, the design of the apartment entrance aids in minimizing cooling and ventilation expenses.
