In the land planning, it is planned to connect with the pedestrian axle starting from Azerbaijan Boulevard and children’s art with an “alle” in the landscape; it was also planned to reach an inner courtyard where families with their children can spend time.

The building, which integrates with the existing cultural center entrance, includes classrooms, workshops, and a library. Above the main entrance and pedestrian passage, a conference hall was planned that takes the building to the center and creates the effect of flying with its long cantilever solution.

In the landscape, a large public landscape area open to public use has been formed, shaped according to the building form, with an inner courtyard with a children’s playground and an open car park.
