At the livestock facility located in the village of Ovacık in Lüleburgaz, the landscaping has been reconsidered, including the entrance gate and security cabin. On the left side of the premises, a 9-room guesthouse was designed for the use of guests and company employees.

The guesthouse, with a construction area of 400 square meters, was designed as a stone building by the local texture, and the facade proportions were also planned by taking inspiration from the architecture of the region.
