In this project, spread over 120 acres of land and consisting of islands with different types and sizes of detached houses, sustainable architecture, and renewable energy were determined as the main criteria in the design of the buildings. All the residences are powered by solar panels, and in addition to rainwater collection and usage, a compost system adapted to the homes aims for zero waste.

In a city where agriculture is one of the strong sources of livelihood, our project, with contributions from the region’s leading seed R&D company, has developed programs for residential users to engage in both individual and collective agricultural activities, offering not only a building but also an alternative lifestyle.

The project contains amenities such as a social facility serving 105 residential units, a pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, a spa center, private greenhouses for residences, organic farming sales units, as well as facilities like a restaurant, a market, a daycare, and an underground parking lot.
