In the project, which includes functions such as parking garage, hobby rooms, meeting rooms, open offices, and executive offices, interior space separators were solved with transparent/permeable materials, and importance was given to not interrupting the views of the islands and the sea. On the terrace floor, areas with light overhead coverings were designed, where office arrangements could be made, along with service points to serve them.

By taking advantage of the elevation difference on the land, the building was divided into two floors on the road side and three floors on the garden side, and a basement floor opening to the garden and receiving daylight was used.

The building was designed with a modern aesthetic by effectively utilizing stone, concrete, and wood materials in its facade. Additionally, the range of facade materials utilized and the preference for natural materials emphasized the architectural details such as setbacks on the terrace-front façade and preventing the formation of a blocky silhouette when viewed from the sea.
