Emaar Square Sofram

Interior design project for Sofram, a catering and security services provider, on the 23rd and 24th floors of the Emaar Tower…

The needs program determined by the employer was ensured to be placed with maximum efficiency on the two floors of the tower, which has core units such as elevators and fire escapes at its center. During the planning phase, emphasis was placed on using the building façade efficiently and not obstructing the view of the Bosphorus.

While designing these office floors rented with the “shell & core” logic, solutions were developed in accordance with engineering regulations such as heating/cooling and fire extinguishing in accordance with building regulations and new requirements emerging with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Original and innovative design decisions, in line with the company’s identity, were made for open office spaces, meeting rooms, executive offices, and circulation areas. Vibrant and bold colors were used in common areas, while quieter/darker tones were used for executive offices and meeting rooms.

In these office floors, which are shaped with occasionally transparent and “solid” partition walls, a comfortable environment has been created for approximately 200 people to work.
