Two apartments to be renovated within the scope of urban transformation in Etiler were designed as a single hybrid building with separate entrances. In this new proposal, care was taken to preserve the old apartment areas.
With up-to-date materials and modern solutions, an open parking lot and service entrance are planned for the lower level of the building, which is located at the corner, which was submitted for the approval of the building occupants. In addition, 2 rentable areas (shops) are located on the ground floor of the building with 4 apartments on each floor.
