The architectural/interior design project of the showroom, warehouse, and office units of an exporting joinery company on the ground floor of the İstim Industry and Trade Center, the construction of which was completed in 2020.

İstim, located on the E5 Highway, is a preferred choice for manufacturing and export companies due to its ease of transportation and the capability for delivery vehicles to reach directly into the shops.

The building’s floor height of 7.40 meters allowed us to propose a steel mezzanine floor and the efficiency of the shop, which has a floor area of 350 square meters, was increased to 540 square meters.

On the ground floor, there are warehouse and loading areas, as well as a reception hall, meeting room, and billiards area, which is the hobby of our employer. On the mezzanine floor where the offices are located, the products offered for sale by the company were integrated into the design, and visitors were offered the opportunity to experience the products in person.

Based on industrial design criteria, materials such as trapezoidal sheets, steel, aluminum, and firebricks were used in this interior.
